BBQ and Margaritas tonight!

I've taken 4 small beef filets wrapped in bacon and seared them over high heat on the Char Broiler Gas Grill. I've seasoned them with my own special blend, and then flipped them over until marked and done medium.

To go with the main dish I took baby red potatoes, quartered onions, fresh oregano, spicy summer sausage and J.T. Pappy's Medium heat Gater Sauce and placed them into a perforated grill pan. I turned down one side of the grill to medium heat and continued to stir the potatoes and sausage until the potatoes we soft and the sausage was crisp on the edges. I added the sauce and fresh oregano near the end to compliment the flavors.

To top off the meal I mixed up some fresh original Margaritaville Mix and added some guava pineapple juice to the Frozen Concoction Machine and flipped the switch. The Fozen Concoction Machine performed beautifully and mixed up the most excellent frozen delight possible.
